Wow, it’s finally here.
A little surreal to find The Elevator online, the first chapter available to anyone who wants to read it, when I’ve been keeping it under wraps for the past – wow! – eight years. It was a bit silly of me…see, I had hoped that during those eight years I’d find a publisher (either during Elevator’s short run as a graphic novel or as it is now: the first book in a series) and anyone who’s shown an interest in my novel would have to wait for it to be in print.
Then CURSED happened.
And man, was that a success! Thanks to all of you who’ve read, commented, shared and raved about CURSED, I feel confident to share the first chapter of The Elevator to you all, after so many years of holding back.
While the fanart I’ve received over the years for the Elevator’s diverse cast is a great way to gain interest, I’m hoping this first chapter, like CURSED’s, will be the spark I need to find a larger group of fans!
